Sonya was and is an outstanding real estate agent. Sonya helped us navigate all the neighborhoods and where were the best locations to begin looking for homes. She is also extremely knowledgeable in the ins and outs of dealing with the new home builders. Because of Sonya we saved over $30k in the deal for our house. Also, Sonya helped us with the after sale in navigating the contractors who wanted to sell us items, like security, solar, soft/clean water, etc. Sonya did all the preliminary work for us, since we purchased the house without ever being in the state. We did it all remotely and Sonya acted as our in person avatar.
Sonya was extremely accommodating and flexible with us, as we had two small kids we had to work around. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Sometimes in sales, people can be a bit harsh or forceful, which is a big turnoff for us. Sonya is extremely effective in her realtor position, WITHOUT being harsh or forceful at all! Sonya was also extremely helpful with referring us to many different service providers that you often need with a new home purchase. She is very knowledgeable about this community and its resources for certain! We loved working with her so much and she would definitely be our first call should we be in the market for another home!
